Who is eligible for the rewards program?
Any active KOB Local Rank customer in good standing is automatically enrolled. There's nothing to opt into—rewards start accruing the day your subscription begins.
How do I redeem credits?
Account credits are applied automatically to your next invoice. You can also request to bank credits for future add-ons or location expansions—just message your account contact.
Do tier benefits stack with my plan features?
Yes. Loyalty discounts and tier perks are added on top of your monthly KOB Local Rank plan.
What happens if I cancel and come back?
Tier progress pauses if you cancel. If you return within 6 months, we'll restore your previous tier. After 6 months, you'll start fresh at Sprout.
Is there a cap on referral credits?
No cap. Refer as many Michigan businesses as you'd like—every qualified signup earns you the full $100 credit.
