Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Billing

KOB Local Rank is provided by KOB Technologies LLC on a subscription basis. Our local SEO plan is billed in advance each month at the rate shown on our pricing page. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time — there are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. To cancel, email us at sales@koblocalrank.com or call (734) 788-1003.

When you cancel, your service continues through the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

3. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Because our work (citation submissions, profile optimization, and ongoing SEO) is performed throughout each billing period, we do not refund fees for time already elapsed. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.

4. Google Ads Management

Google Ads management is offered month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time. Our management fee is separate from your advertising budget, which you pay to Google directly — we never charge your card for ad spend. Management fees already billed are non-refundable, but you can pause or stop your campaigns at any time and you keep full ownership of your Google Ads account.
